Boardroom Yoga is perfect for

companies who want to participate
in a yoga program, but don't have the appropriate space. Classes can be done in chairs, around a table or standing without mats. All poses will be modified to suit the space you have.

This is a more gentle style class and will not be intense.

Participants are encouraged to wear yoga clothing, but are also welcome to wear their regular workplace clothing. Yoga mats are not necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1. A boardroom or other room, with chairs for everyone. (A boardroom table may be used if you have one, but is not necessary.)
2. Each person will need to wear comfortable clothing and a water bottle.  Regular work attire is fine, but it is best to remove blazer jackets, loosen ties, etc.
3. CD player or computer to use for music (optional)

ABOUT OUR CLASSES
All of Innergy’s instructors are qualified, fully certified, carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.

Our classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.

We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week.

45-60 minute class:
For one weekly class

For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $5.25 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $78 per class.

For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $68 per class.

For two or more weekly classes
For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $4.75 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $72 per class.

For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $62 per class.

75 minute class:
For one weekly class
For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $6.25 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $94 per class.
For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $84 per class.

For two or more weekly classes
For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $6.00 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $88 per class.
For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $78 per class.

90 minute class: Best Value!

For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $6.50 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $102 per class.
For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $92.00 per class.

For two or more weekly classes
For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $6.25 per person, per class.
For groups of 7-14 students, the rate is a flat charge of $94 per class.
For groups of 3-6 students, the rate is a flat charge of $84 per class.
