ABOUT OUR CLASSES
All of Innergy’s yoga teachers are qualified, fully certified, carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.
Our yoga and pilates classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.
We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.
We offer several different Class Types.
