Temple Massage

BENEFITS
Releases tension in facial muscles, eyes, and forehead, decreases stress, increases circulation to facial muscles and brain, promotes a deep sense of relaxation and more.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Sit slightly forward in your chair, feet flat on the floor, legs at a 90 degree angle. Contract your abdominal muscles slightly, lift up through your chest and lengthen your spine. Drop your shoulders down your back.
Step 2: Close your eyes and relax. Place your hands on your temples (in line with your eyes, on the sides of your head, before you hair line). Gently apply pressure into temples, using your four fingers. Massage as you breath.
Step 3: Stay here for a few breaths, then shake out your arms and return to work.
